By the time that Rochester went to his forever home, he had received the following:

• A well-check visit with a veterinarian
• Preventive deworming
• One or more doses of the 3-series vaccine FVRCP

Rochester inherited “clear” genetic health conditions from his parents who were both tested and proven to be clear of the following: HCM, PKD1, MPS VI, FeLV, FIV, Chlamydia Felis, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Herpes Virus 1, Bordetella Bronchiseptica, H7N2 Influenza Virus, and Influenza A Virus.  While Rochester himself was not been directly tested, as a result of genetic inheritance he is not a carrier of these mutations.
