Return Policy

Riverside Rags, LLC does not accept returns under any condition.  In order to protect the health of our kittens, we can’t admin the return of a kitten or cat because we don’t have any way to know what health concerns it might have been exposed to while living out of our home.  We have a duty to our customers to protect the health of kittens they have reserved, and bringing a cat back to our cattery carries risk of infection.

If someone adopts a kitten that they are unable to continue caring for, we are happy to help where possible to find a new home for their kitten.
